1. Information We Collect To operate as a WhatsApp Tech Provider, we process data transmitted during the Embedded Signup flow and via continuous webhooks:
- WhatsApp Business Account (WABA) IDs, Phone Number IDs, and verified Business Names.
- System User Tokens required to authenticate messaging requests.
- Incoming/outgoing chat payloads, message echoes, and historical sync data (up to 6 months) generated via the Coexistence API.
2. Use of Information & Data Processors The collected data is used exclusively to route messages through our automation infrastructure and process natural language via third-party LLMs to generate automated replies.
- Access tokens and identifiers are encrypted and stored in our PostgreSQL databases to ensure uninterrupted service.
- Conversational data flows dynamically through our orchestration engine to maintain real-time bidirectional sync without ever being sold or traded to third parties.
- End-users retain the absolute right to request the deletion of their chat history and metadata at any time.
